Senior Manager, MEL
Niamh leads FIDA’s Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning workstream. Before joining FIDA, Niamh was the Global Director for M&E at Grameen Foundation. She has a decade’s experience working on public and private sector development projects in Africa, Asia, and South America. She has established M&E structures at both the country and organization level and carried out dozens of evaluations using experimental and non-experimental designs. Her work has examined many sectors including health, agriculture, finance, and the impact of “digitization” on clients and providers. Niamh has a Masters in Global Health from Trinity College Dublin.
