For the last five years, AgriFin Accelerate(AFA) and partners designed and deployed digital platforms that enabled farmers in Tanzania access finances, information and learning content. Looking back on the five years at a recent learning event, AgriFin and partners found there is a strong business case for such platforms but also emphasized that human channels are still as important.
