This research digs into questions such as how DFS providers can design and implement 3rd party engagement strategies that drive awareness and usage of their APIs? What segments they should target? What activities resource-constrained DFS providers should prioritise? And how DFS providers should structure themselves to enable effective delivery of these efforts?
