In November 2017, the FiDA Partnership developed and launched the first Evidence Gap Map (EGM) for Digital Financial Services (DFS). The interactive EGM summaries the evidence on the effect of various Digital Finance products on several outcomes for low income clients. Over the past year, FiDA has been tracking and inputting additional digital Finance impact studies and will launch version 2 of the EGM in October. At least 15 new studies have been added and cover an additional 18 digital finance products. Join us to learn ‘what we know’ and ‘what we don’t know’ about the impact of digital finance on the lives of clients.
